Yes. The contractor you choose must be registered with Renew Financial to use PACE financing. If you have not yet selected a contractor, you can choose from our list of registered contractors on the Find a Contractor web page.

How do I know if my contractor is registered with Renew Financial?

Your contractor will know if they are registered with Renew Financial. You can also check for your contractor by searching our Find a Contractor web page.

How do contractors get paid?

Renew Financial will pay your contractor directly, but only after you provide final approval for the work completed.
