Mary Kathryn Lynch is Chief Financial Officer at Renew Financial. In this capacity, she manages Renew Financial’s Finance and Capital Markets teams. The team’s activities include arranging warehouse and permanent financing, hedging interest rate risk, and building and maintaining investor, bank and rating agency relationships.
MK has more than 25 years of experience in finance, in both the investment banking and clean energy sectors. Prior to re-joining Renew Financial in 2016, MK worked at residential solar provider Sunrun. MK has also held senior roles at several banks including UBS, Credit Suisse, DLJ, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Kidder Peabody.
MK has an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of Virginia. She lives in Oakland with her husband and three children.
