Renew Financial makes the PACE financing process this simple:

  1. Enter the customer’s address to see if our PACE financing is available in their area.
  2. The customer applies online or by phone. On approval, they receive and sign financing documents.
  3. We’ll let you know when financing is secured, so you can start work on the job.
  4. When the job is complete, we confirm with the customer and send your payment electronically.
  5. Customer repays their financing on their property tax bill.
