The Senator is very familiar with PACE financing, the industry having been launched in the Senator’s hometown of Berkeley in 2007.

Now, Senator Skinner has played a major role in strengthening PACE with new consumer protections and industry standards. By authoring Senate Bill 242, recently signed into law by Gov.
