This is the second time I use Renew Financial and the PACE program. Given that I am on disability and on a fixed monthly income, financing can be a little hard, but the PACE program really worked for me. The interest rate might be a little high but the monthly payment is what mattered the most to me. Renew really worked with me to make my payments affordable and manageable.

Renew should advertise the PACE program here in Florida more broadly. There are a lot of people who do not know about Renew and the PACE program that will benefit tremendously. It is an incredible program not just for vets like myself but for anyone who does not have the money to pay upfront for their improvements but can afford to put money aside every month to pay it on their annual taxes. The interest rate is reasonable enough, and the long terms make it easy to afford. This has helped me a lot, I am grateful for PACE and Renew.
