This program is a win-win-win. It will create jobs, lower utility bills and help reduce our carbon footprint.”
CaliforniaFIRST financing can cover solar panels, lawn replacement and other drought-tolerant landscaping, low-flow toilets and showerheads, energy-efficient windows and many other water and energy upgrades.
