Mark Floyd has been in the financial services industry for over forty-five years, ranging from banking to non-prime auto finance and sustainable building financing He has held various leadership positions in the Dallas area including CEO, President, COO, Director and principle shareholder, and for the past four years, he has led as CEO of Renew until his retirement in December 2024.

From May 2010 until November 2014, Mr. Floyd served as CEO of Exeter Finance Corp, a specialty finance company focused on the non-prime auto finance sector. In November of 2014 Mr. Floyd retired from Exeter but remained as a member of the board of directors until September 2016. Prior to his tenure at Exeter Finance, Mr. Floyd served as Co-COO of AmeriCredit Financial Services, the largest independent non-prime auto finance company in the U.S. In addition to his Co-COO role, during his 11 years at the company he held other senior management positions, including President of Dealer Services and EVP-Strategic Alliances. Mark has served on Renew Financial’s Board since 2017.
